Health and Education Alliance is a non-profit organization with a grand mission to increase healthcare availability and resources to children by partnering schools with local healthcare systems.

We work to co-locate multiple services under one-roof to avoid the hassles of driving to multiple, fragmented appointments

The services we bring to school districts through health partners maximize access to high quality healthcare and education

Schools are the hearts of their neighborhoods, and strong schools lead to economic prosperity for families, children, and businesses

We learn from leading global experts to share best practices and engage in tech-innovation that tackles health and education inequities
Health & Education Alliance strives to create partnerships between school districts, health care organizations, and community groups that increase families’ access to life changing services and opportunities. Our holistic community school model has been proven to tackle multiple social determinants of health.

HEA partnered with an urban school district to open its first holistic community school with a full service community center during after school hours . Our goal was to increase collaboration between schools and health care organizations to jointly run a school that acts as a one-stop shop for families.
“…We are continuing to explore opportunities…which provide a host of services spanning violence prevention, adult education, tutoring and mentorship, and housing assistance programs…All of this serves to promote structural change and tackle multiple social determinants of health…which benefit from HEA’s holistic community school model to build strong neighborhoods.”

– Pennsylvania State Representative
HEA is committed to providing life-changing health and education services to underserved communities no matter the location. Through a partnership with the Warrington Youth Zone (WYZ), a center for young people ages 0-19, in Warrington, England, HEA is contributing to the development of WYZ’s “Baby Zone” model. The model provides early intervention to families and youth during the first 1,000 days of life.
